CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for supporting King City Church. Please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy before purchasing tickets for events or merchandise from our website, www.kingcitychurch.org. By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined below:
Event Ticket Cancellations
1. Personal Cancellations: If a ticket holder decides not to attend the event, no refund will be provided.
2. Event Cancellations by King City Church: If an event is cancelled due to natural disasters or other reasons on our part, 80% of the ticket amount will be refunded to the ticket holders bank account within 5-7 working days.
Merchandise Returns and Replacements
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you. Please note that refunds are not available in these cases.
2. Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchasing merchandise, we do not offer refunds for such cases.
